The respondents were selected because they belong in Generation Z. This study used random sampling through fishbowl technique to obtain the data though a structured survey questionnaire. Slovin Formula was used by the researchers to determine the sample size of the respondents. Data were analyzed using weighted mean and Five-point Likert Scale for the third objective. The result of this research shows that social media can be an instrument for generation Z in their perspective, ideas and inferences regarding their cultural expressions especially in Waray cultures.
